The Robotics Engineer shall be responsible for the design, development, programming, testing, and maintenance of industrial robotic systems, automated assembly lines, and advanced mechatronic solutions deployed across the Buyer's production floors in Myanmar Yangon.

The Robotics Engineer shall report for duty at the Buyer's facility at 125 Hledan Road, Hledan Township, Myanmar Yangon no later than 1 August 2025. The Supplier guarantees that the Robotics Engineer shall possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Robotics, along with demonstrated proficiency in FANUC, ABB, and KUKA robotic platforms, ROS (Robot Operating System), and Siemens PLC programming. All work permits, foreign worker registrations, and immigration clearances required for the Robotics Engineer to legally operate in Myanmar Yangon shall be processed and completed by the Supplier prior to the commencement date.

• Payment shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via international wire transfer to the Supplier's designated bank account.
• An initial deposit of 25% (USD 41,198.75) of the total Purchase Order value is due within 7 business days of the Supplier's written acceptance of this Purchase Order.
• Monthly service fees for the Robotics Engineer shall be invoiced on the 1st of each month and are payable within 30 days of invoice receipt.
• The relocation and accommodation package (Item 3) shall be paid in full upon confirmed arrival of the Robotics Engineer in Myanmar Yangon.
• All payments are subject to the Buyer's standard accounts payable verification process and applicable Myanmar foreign exchange regulations.

• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the commercial practices applicable in Myanmar Yangon.
• The Robotics Engineer shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement covering all proprietary designs, code, and processes developed at the Myanmar Yangon facility.
• The Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days' written notice if the Robotics Engineer fails to meet the performance KPIs outlined in the attached Service Level Agreement.
• The Supplier warrants that the Robotics Engineer shall not be under any conflicting contractual obligations and shall be fully available for the duration of the engagement in Myanmar Yangon.
• Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
• The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all local labor laws, safety regulations, and industrial standards enforced by the Myanmar Ministry of Industry and the Yangon Regional Government.
