Description of PurchaseThis Purchase Order is issued by Islamabad Advanced Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for the engagement of a qualified Robotics Engineer to provide specialized technical services for the development, integration, and maintenance of industrial automation systems. - Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become binding upon written acceptance by the Supplier within ten (10) business days of the date of issue. Failure to respond within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- Qualifications: The Robotics Engineer assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline from a recognized institution in Pakistan Islamabad or an internationally accredited university. A minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in industrial robotics is mandatory.
- Work Location: All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the buyer's premises located in Pakistan Islamabad. The Robotics Engineer is expected to be physically present at the site during standard business hours (09:00 to 17:30, Sunday to Thursday) as per the local working schedule in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. All payments shall be processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account. Applicable withholding tax as per the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) regulations in Pakistan Islamabad shall be deducted at source.
- Confidentiality: The Robotics Engineer shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work. All proprietary data, system designs, and operational procedures encountered during the engagement in Pakistan Islamabad shall remain the exclusive property of the buyer.
- Performance Standards: The Robotics Engineer shall adhere to all applicable engineering standards, including but not limited to ISO 10218 (Safety Requirements for Industrial Robots) and local regulatory requirements enforced by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of material breach, the aggrieved party may terminate immediately upon written notice. Upon termination, the Supplier shall be compensated for services rendered up to the date of termination.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940, with the seat of arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad. The language of arbitration shall be English.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with specific reference to commercial and labor regulations applicable in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Insurance and Liability: The Supplier shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance covering the Robotics Engineer for the entire duration of this Purchase Order. The minimum coverage shall be PKR 10,000,000 per occurrence.
