This Purchase Order is issued by Philippine Advanced Automation Industries, Inc. for the procurement of specialized professional services in the form of a full-time Robotics Engineer position. The selected Robotics Engineer shall be based at the company’s primary operations facility located in Philippines Manila, specifically within the Makati City business district. The Robotics Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of industrial robotic systems, automated assembly lines, and AI-integrated mechanical solutions that support the manufacturing and logistics operations of PAAI in Philippines Manila.
The Robotics Engineer must possess a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in robotic system architecture, kinematics, control systems programming (including ROS, PLC, and embedded C/C++), and collaborative robot (cobot) deployment. The candidate must be a resident of Philippines Manila or willing to relocate to the Philippines Manila metropolitan area within thirty (30) days of contract commencement. All work deliverables, technical documentation, and project reports shall be produced in English and submitted to the PAAI project management office in Philippines Manila.

- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice receipt. The first payment of PHP 1,643,200.00 (50%) is due upon execution of this Purchase Order. The remaining balance shall be paid in monthly installments aligned with the Robotics Engineer’s service period.
- Delivery / Commencement: The Robotics Engineer shall report for duty at the PAAI facility in Philippines Manila no later than July 1, 2025. Failure to commence within the stipulated period shall entitle PAAI to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty.
- Work Location: All duties shall be performed at the PAAI headquarters and associated laboratories in Philippines Manila. Remote work is not permitted under this Purchase Order unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Director of Operations.
- Confidentiality: The Robotics Engineer shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to accessing any proprietary PAAI systems, schematics, or client data. All intellectual property developed during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the sole property of PAAI.
- Compliance: The Robotics Engineer and the supplying party shall comply with all applicable labor laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Labor Code of the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), and all local ordinances of the City of Manila and the National Capital Region.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days’ written notice. In the event of termination, the Robotics Engineer’s final compensation shall be prorated based on days actually rendered in Philippines Manila.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation under the rules of the Philippine Center for International Investment and Arbitration (PCIAA) in Philippines Manila before resorting to litigation in the courts of Makati City.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
This Purchase Order is authorized and approved for release by the undersigned officers of Philippine Advanced Automation Industries, Inc. The procurement of the Robotics Engineer position in Philippines Manila has been reviewed and endorsed by the Finance Department, the Legal Affairs Office, and the Chief Technology Officer.
