- 30% Advance Payment: LKR 1,672,650.00 upon acceptance of this Purchase Order and signing of the Service Agreement.
- 40% Milestone Payment: LKR 2,230,200.00 upon successful completion of design, programming, and on-site integration in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- 30% Final Payment: LKR 1,672,650.00 upon successful commissioning, delivery of all documentation, and completion of technician training.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified by the Robotics Engineer within 14 calendar days of invoice submission.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Robotics Engineer upon written acceptance by both parties.
- All work shall be performed in strict compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws, industrial safety regulations, and the standards set by the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI) applicable to robotic and automated systems.
- The Robotics Engineer shall maintain valid professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of LKR 10,000,000 throughout the duration of this engagement in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- Intellectual property rights for all designs, code, and documentation created under this Purchase Order shall vest exclusively with Lanka Advanced Automation Pvt. Ltd. upon full payment.
- The Robotics Engineer shall not subcontract any portion of the work without prior written consent from the Buyer.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Sri Lanka Colombo in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
- Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this engagement for a period of three (3) years.
