- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in industrial robotics, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or lead Robotics Engineer capacity.
- Demonstrated proficiency in programming and configuring robotic platforms including FANUC, ABB, KUKA, and Universal Robots systems.
- Experience working in manufacturing environments in the Sudan Khartoum region or comparable industrial settings in the East African and Middle Eastern markets.
- Working knowledge of Sudanese industrial safety regulations and compliance standards applicable to automated systems in Sudan Khartoum.
- Ability to produce detailed technical documentation, as-built drawings, and commissioning reports in English and Arabic.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of the Sudan. Any disputes arising from the execution of this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Sudan Khartoum in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Act.
- The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations enforced by the Sudanese Ministry of Industry and the local authorities in Sudan Khartoum.
- Intellectual property developed specifically for Nile Valley Industrial Automation Co. during the term of this Purchase Order shall remain the sole property of the Buyer. The Robotics Engineer shall sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to commencing work in Sudan Khartoum.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by Khartoum Advanced Engineering Solutions Ltd. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (SUD-KRT-2025-04782) for processing.

- The Service Provider warrants that the Robotics Engineer assigned to this Purchase Order shall not be concurrently engaged in a competing capacity within the Sudan Khartoum industrial sector during the contract term.
- All work performed under this Purchase Order shall be subject to inspection and acceptance by the Buyer's Quality Assurance department located at the Sudan Khartoum facility.
