Scope of Procurement – Robotics Engineer ServicesThis Purchase Order is issued by Gulf Advanced Automation Solutions LLC to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Robotics Engineer to be deployed at the client's operational facilities within United Arab Emirates Dubai. The Robotics Engineer shall be responsible for the design, development, programming, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial robotic systems, collaborative robots (cobots), and automated guided vehicles (AGVs) as part of the Smart Manufacturing Integration project. All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the regulatory standards set forth by the Dubai Municipality, the Department of Economic Development (DED) of Dubai, and the relevant technical codes applicable in the United Arab Emirates Dubai jurisdiction.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Purchasing Entity and the Service Provider upon signature by both authorized representatives. All terms herein shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates Dubai and the applicable federal legislation of the United Arab Emirates.
- The Robotics Engineer or team of Robotics Engineer professionals assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of eight (8) years of documented experience in industrial robotics deployment. A valid UAE work permit and Emirates ID shall be mandatory prior to commencing on-site work in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
- All deliverables, including but not limited to system design documentation, PLC ladder logic, HMI/SCADA configurations, safety assessments, and commissioning reports, shall be submitted in both English and Arabic to satisfy the regulatory documentation requirements of the Dubai Municipality and the Department of Economic Development.
- The Service Provider shall ensure that all robotic systems installed and programmed by the Robotics Engineer comply with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards, the European Machinery Directive (where applicable), and the specific safety regulations enforced in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the Service Provider's designated corporate account in the United Arab Emirates Dubai. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-DXB-RE-0047) and include the applicable 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Federal Tax Authority of the UAE.
- The Robotics Engineer shall be subject to the Purchasing Entity's site safety protocols, access control procedures, and confidentiality agreements. All proprietary data, process parameters, and intellectual property generated during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of Gulf Advanced Automation Solutions LLC.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional Robotics Engineer personnel, or extended timelines must be documented through a formal Change Order amendment to this Purchase Order, signed by both parties before execution.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), seated in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
