1. Description of Procurement

This Purchase Order is issued to formally authorize the procurement of professional recruitment and placement services for the position of Sales Executive to be based in the Argentina Córdoba metropolitan area. The purpose of this Purchase Order is to engage a qualified third-party recruitment firm to identify, screen, interview, and place a Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence within the Córdoba province and surrounding regions of central Argentina.

The Sales Executive position is a full-time, permanent role reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager for Argentina Córdoba. The successful candidate will be expected to commence duties no later than the required delivery date specified above. All recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, background verification, competency assessments, and final interview coordination, must be completed within the timeframe established by this Purchase Order.

3. Qualification Requirements for the Sales Executive

The vendor engaged under this Purchase Order shall ensure that the Sales Executive candidate meets the following minimum qualifications before final placement in the Argentina Córdoba office:

A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales within the Argentine market, with at least two (2) years in a senior or executive-level sales capacity.
Demonstrated knowledge of the commercial landscape in Argentina Córdoba, including familiarity with key industries such as manufacturing, agribusiness, technology, and services.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the Córdoba province and neighboring provinces (Santa Fe, San Luis, La Pampa) as required by the Sales Executive role.
Fluency in Spanish (native) and professional working proficiency in English. Additional language skills (Portuguese, Italian) are considered a strong advantage.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.

4. Terms and Conditions

Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written acceptance by the vendor. The vendor must confirm acceptance in writing within five (5) business days of receipt of this document.
Performance Timeline: All recruitment milestones for the Sales Executive position must be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of issue of this Purchase Order. Failure to meet the required delivery date will result in a penalty of 2% of the total contract value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 15%.
Replacement Guarantee: Should the placed Sales Executive resign, be terminated for cause, or fail to meet the minimum performance benchmarks within the first ninety (90) days of employment in Argentina Córdoba, the vendor shall provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost to the issuing company.
Confidentiality: The vendor and all personnel involved in the recruitment process are bound by strict confidentiality obligations regarding the company's business strategies, client lists, compensation structures, and any proprietary information related to the Sales Executive role.
Payment: Payment of the total amount specified in this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Argentina Córdoba within thirty (30) days of confirmed onboarding and receipt of a valid Argentine electronic invoice (Factura Electrónica) compliant with AFIP regulations.

Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or economic emergencies declared by the Argentine government.
