This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Business Solutions Ltd. to formally procure the recruitment, onboarding, and initial training services for a full-time Sales Executive position based in our primary commercial office located in Bangladesh Dhaka. The Sales Executive shall be responsible for driving revenue growth across the consumer electronics and home appliances vertical, managing a portfolio of at least forty (40) key retail and wholesale accounts within the Dhaka metropolitan area and its surrounding districts including Gazipur, Narayanganj, and Munshiganj.

The scope of this Purchase Order encompasses the following deliverables provided by the supplier:

• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of a minimum of five (5) qualified Sales Executive candidates with a minimum of three (3) years of proven B2B and B2C sales experience in the Dhaka market.
• Conducting structured competency assessments, role-play simulations, and reference verification for all shortlisted candidates.
• Facilitating final interviews with the hiring manager of Meridian Business Solutions Ltd. at the Bangladesh Dhaka headquarters.
• Providing a ninety (90) day post-placement support and performance monitoring package for the appointed Sales Executive.
• Issuing a formal replacement guarantee in the event the Sales Executive resigns or is terminated for cause within the first ninety (90) days of employment.

Payment shall be made in two installments: fifty percent (50%) upon successful onboarding of the Sales Executive at the Bangladesh Dhaka office, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) upon completion of the ninety (90) day support period, subject to satisfactory performance review. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in accordance with Bangladesh Bank regulations.

• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Contract Act, 1872, and the Bangladesh Labour Act, 2006.
• The supplier warrants that the Sales Executive candidate placed under this order shall not be under any non-compete or restrictive covenant with a previous employer that would conflict with the duties at Meridian Business Solutions Ltd. in Bangladesh Dhaka.
• All candidate data collected during the recruitment process shall be handled in compliance with the Digital Security Act, 2018, and applicable data protection guidelines of Bangladesh.
• The supplier shall provide a written progress report every ten (10) business days from the date of this Purchase Order until the Sales Executive is formally onboarded.
• Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2001, before resorting to litigation in the courts of Dhaka.
• This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written acceptance and signature by both parties. No modification shall be valid unless documented in a written amendment signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
• The supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of BDT 5,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the procurement of a Sales Executive to be stationed in Bangladesh Dhaka.
