The Sales Executive to be procured under this Purchase Order must possess a minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in B2B sales within the technology or professional services sector. The candidate must demonstrate fluency in both French and English, with Dutch being a strong advantage given the multilingual nature of the Belgium Brussels business environment. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of key accounts in the Brussels-Capital Region, and achieving quarterly revenue targets as defined by Meridian Business Solutions NV's commercial strategy. The role requires frequent client-facing activity across Belgium Brussels and surrounding provinces, including travel to Antwerp, Liège, and Ghent.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order and all associated services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium, specifically as applicable in the Brussels-Capital Region. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium Brussels.
- Delivery and Acceptance: The vendor shall deliver the finalized Sales Executive candidate, fully vetted and ready for onboarding, no later than 30 June 2025. Acceptance of the Sales Executive shall be confirmed in writing by the Purchasing Entity within five (5) business days of the candidate's first working day.
- Payment: Payment of the total amount of EUR 22,385.00 (inclusive of 21% Belgian VAT) shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. The invoice must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-BE-BRU-2025-04782) and include the vendor's Belgian VAT registration number.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information exchanged in connection with this Purchase Order, including but not limited to candidate data, salary benchmarks, and internal business strategies. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of two (2) years.
- Warranty and Replacement: In the event that the placed Sales Executive resigns or is terminated for cause within the 90-day probationary period, the vendor shall, at no additional cost, provide a replacement Sales Executive candidate of equivalent qualifications within thirty (30) days.
- Compliance: All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with Belgian employment legislation, the Belgian Data Protection Act (implementing GDPR), and all applicable collective bargaining agreements in force in Belgium Brussels. The vendor warrants that all recruitment activities shall be conducted in full compliance with the Belgian Anti-Discrimination Act.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Belgium Brussels.
- Amendments: Any modification to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements or informal communications shall not constitute a valid amendment.
This Purchase Order is hereby authorized and approved for execution. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this document regarding the procurement of a Sales Executive for operations in Belgium Brussels.
