This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Global Solutions S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to formally authorize and request the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of a qualified Sales Executive to operate within the metropolitan region of Brazil Brasília. The purpose of this procurement is to secure a senior-level commercial professional who will represent the Buyer's interests in the Federal District, driving revenue growth, managing key institutional accounts, and expanding the company's market presence throughout the Brasília capital region and its surrounding municipalities.
The Sales Executive position is critical to the Buyer's strategic expansion plan for 2025–2026. The selected professional will be based in the Setor Comercial Sul district of Brazil Brasília and will report directly to the Regional Director for Central Brazil. This Purchase Order encompasses all costs associated with the executive search, background verification, onboarding, and the initial twelve-month compensation package for the Sales Executive role.

The Sales Executive engaged under this Purchase Order shall fulfill the following responsibilities while operating out of Brazil Brasília:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting government agencies, federal institutions, and private-sector clients within the Brasília metropolitan area and the broader Federal District.
- Manage a portfolio of no fewer than twenty-five (25) key accounts, ensuring quarterly business reviews and relationship maintenance in accordance with the Buyer's corporate standards.
- Represent the Buyer at industry conferences, trade fairs, and networking events held in Brazil Brasília, including but not limited to events at the Centro de Convenções Ulysses Guimarães.
- Coordinate with the legal, financial, and operations teams to ensure all contracts and proposals comply with Brazilian commercial law, including the Civil Code (Código Civil) and applicable Federal District regulations.
- Submit monthly performance reports to the Regional Director, detailing pipeline status, revenue targets, and market intelligence gathered within the Brazil Brasília commercial landscape.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with specific reference to the labor and commercial regulations applicable in the Federal District of Brazil Brasília.
- Compliance: The Seller warrants that the Sales Executive candidate shall meet all eligibility requirements under Brazilian labor law (CLT – Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho), including valid work authorization, tax registration (CPF), and social security enrollment (INSS).
- Confidentiality: All information exchanged under this Purchase Order shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Sales Executive shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing duties in Brazil Brasília.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination of the Sales Executive engagement, all statutory severance obligations under Brazilian law shall be fulfilled by the Buyer.

- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fifteen (15) business days from the issue date. Failure to accept within this period shall render this document null and void.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Sales Executive in Brazil Brasília. This document constitutes a binding procurement instrument and shall be filed in the corporate records of both entities in accordance with Brazilian commercial documentation standards.
