- Delivery / Commencement: The Sales Executive must be identified, contracted, and actively reporting to the Rio de Janeiro, Brazil office no later than 45 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order acceptance.
- Payment Terms: 40% (R$ 28,678.20) due upon signed acceptance of this Purchase Order; 40% (R$ 28,678.20) due upon the Sales Executive's official start date; 20% (R$ 14,339.10) due upon successful completion of the 90-day onboarding period.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the vendor's account as registered in the CNPJ 98.765.432/0001-10. All payments shall be made in Brazilian Reais (BRL).
- Compliance: The vendor shall ensure that the Sales Executive's employment arrangement fully complies with the Consolidation of Labor Laws of Brazil (CLT), the Federal Constitution of Brazil, and all municipal ordinances applicable to the city of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro.
- Confidentiality: All candidate data, compensation structures, and internal business strategies shared during the recruitment of the Sales Executive shall be treated as strictly confidential and protected under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law No. 13.709/2018).
