- This Purchase Order is issued by Northwest Pacific Commercial Solutions Inc. for the procurement of a Sales Executive position based in Canada Vancouver, British Columbia. All services and deliverables shall be performed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal Employment Equity Act of Canada.
- The vendor, Pacific Talent Acquisition Group Ltd., shall present a minimum of three (3) qualified Sales Executive candidates within twenty-one (21) business days of the date of this Purchase Order. Each candidate must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of progressive sales experience in the technology or enterprise services sector, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in the Canada Vancouver or comparable North American metropolitan markets.
- The selected Sales Executive shall be subject to a comprehensive background check, reference verification, and a valid work authorization for Canada. The Sales Executive must be legally permitted to work in Canada Vancouver and the broader British Columbia region for the duration of the engagement.
- Payment terms for this Purchase Order are Net 30 days from the date of invoice receipt. Invoices shall be submitted to the Accounts Payable department at Northwest Pacific Commercial Solutions Inc., Canada Vancouver office. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under the British Columbia Late and Interest on Municipal Debts Act.
- The vendor warrants that the Sales Executive placed under this Purchase Order shall be free from any conflicting employment agreements, non-compete obligations, or intellectual property encumbrances that would restrict their ability to perform duties for our organization in Canada Vancouver.
- A replacement guarantee of ninety (90) days applies to this Purchase Order. Should the Sales Executive resign, be terminated for cause, or fail to meet the minimum performance thresholds within the first ninety (90) days of commencement, the vendor shall provide a replacement Sales Executive at no additional cost to the buyer.
- All communications, documentation, and contractual obligations arising from this Purchase Order shall be conducted in English. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Canada Vancouver under the rules of the British Columbia Commercial Arbitration Association.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the standard terms of Northwest Pacific Commercial Solutions Inc. and shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
- The vendor acknowledges that the Sales Executive will have access to confidential client data and proprietary sales strategies.
