This Purchase Order authorizes the procurement of a qualified Sales Executive to be stationed at the company's primary commercial office in Colombia Bogotá. The Sales Executive shall be responsible for driving revenue growth across the Bogotá metropolitan area and surrounding departments (Cundinamarca, Boyacá, and Santander). The role requires a minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in B2B sales within the technology or industrial sectors, fluency in Spanish, and working proficiency in English. The supplier shall guarantee that the candidate meets all qualifications outlined in the attached job specification document (Annex A) and shall provide a ninety (90) day replacement guarantee should the Sales Executive resign or be terminated for cause within that period.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Bogotá D.C.
- The supplier shall deliver the confirmed Sales Executive candidate within fifteen (15) business days from the date of acceptance of this Purchase Order.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Colombian Pesos (COP). Invoices must include the supplier's NIT, the Purchase Order number, and the applicable IVA (VAT) breakdown.
- The Sales Executive shall be subject to a non-compete clause for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of employment, applicable to the Colombia Bogotá market and its immediate commercial radius.
- Confidentiality obligations under Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012) shall apply to all personal data processed during the recruitment and onboarding phases.
- Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements shall not be binding.
- The supplier warrants that all services rendered comply with applicable Colombian labor, tax, and social security regulations. The buyer shall not be held liable for any penalties arising from the supplier's non-compliance.
