This Purchase Order authorizes the procurement of a full-time Sales Executive position based in the city of Medellín, Colombia. The Sales Executive shall be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for the Antioquia department, managing a portfolio of key accounts, achieving monthly revenue targets, and representing Andina Commercial Solutions S.A.S. at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings throughout the Valle de Aburrá and surrounding municipalities. The Sales Executive is expected to report directly to the Regional Sales Director and will operate from the company's principal office located in the El Poblado district of Medellín.
- Payment Schedule: 40% upon successful placement and contract signing of the Sales Executive; 35% upon completion of the 90-day performance guarantee period; 25% upon completion of the six-month coaching engagement.
- Payment Method: Electronic bank transfer (EFT) to the vendor's designated account in Colombian Pesos (COP). All payments are subject to the presentation of a valid Factura Electrónica in compliance with DIAN (Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales) regulations.
- Payment Due Date: Net 30 days from the date of invoice receipt and verification.
- Currency: All amounts are denominated in Colombian Pesos (COP, ISO 4217). No foreign currency conversion shall apply.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial and labor laws of the Republic of Colombia, including the Código de Comercio and the Código Sustantivo del Trabajo.

- All personal data processed during the recruitment and onboarding of the Sales Executive shall be handled in strict accordance with Ley 1581 de 2012 (Colombian Data Protection Law) and the regulations issued by the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
- The Sales Executive shall be subject to a non-compete and confidentiality agreement for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of employment, as stipulated in the individual employment contract.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the city of Medellín, Antioquia, in accordance with the rules of the Cámara de Comercio de Medellín.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the commencement date, unless terminated earlier by mutual written agreement or for cause as defined herein.
- The vendor shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of COP 50,000,000 for the duration of this engagement.
