This Purchase Order is issued by Mediterranean Commercial Group S.A.E., headquartered in Egypt Alexandria, for the purpose of procuring the services of a qualified Sales Executive to be placed within the company's Alexandria regional sales division. The Purchase Order covers the full recruitment, onboarding, and initial probationary period (three months) of the Sales Executive. All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Egyptian Labor Law No. 12 of 2003 and all applicable regulations governing employment in Egypt Alexandria.

4.1 – This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller for the procurement of the Sales Executive services as described herein. Both parties acknowledge that all operations under this Purchase Order shall be conducted within the jurisdiction of Egypt Alexandria, and any disputes shall be resolved under Egyptian commercial law.
4.2 – The Sales Executive shall possess a minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in B2B sales within the Egyptian market, with demonstrated knowledge of the Egypt Alexandria commercial landscape, including the port logistics sector, manufacturing, and retail distribution channels.
4.3 – Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon successful onboarding of the Sales Executive, and the remaining 20% upon completion of the probationary period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
4.4 – The Seller guarantees that the Sales Executive placed under this Purchase Order shall meet all qualifications specified in Section 2. In the event the Sales Executive fails to meet performance benchmarks during the probationary period, the Seller shall provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost within thirty (30) calendar days.
4.5 – The Purchase Order is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Failure to execute within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void, and a new Purchase Order must be generated for the Sales Executive procurement.
4.6 – All personal data collected during the recruitment of the Sales Executive shall be handled in accordance with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. The Seller shall ensure full compliance with data privacy regulations applicable in Egypt Alexandria.
4.7 – The Sales Executive shall be subject to a non-compete clause for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of employment, applicable to the Egypt Alexandria region and its immediate economic zone.
The Sales Executive shall be made available for onboarding at the Buyer's office located in Egypt Alexandria (Smouha District) no later than twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order acceptance. The Buyer shall have five (5) business days following the Sales Executive's first day of employment to formally accept or reject the placement. Rejection must be communicated in writing with specific reasons, and the Seller shall initiate the replacement process within ten (10) business days.
