All services and goods procured under this Purchase Order shall be delivered in and around Ghana Accra unless otherwise specified in writing.
2. The supplier shall complete the recruitment and placement of the Sales Executive within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. Failure to meet this deadline shall entitle the buyer to a 5% reduction in the recruitment fee per week of delay, up to a maximum of 20%.
3. All deliverables related to the Sales Executive onboarding, including training materials, software licences, and equipment, must be delivered to the buyer's premises at 12 Independence Avenue, Ridge, Ghana Accra, no later than the date specified in the delivery schedule annexed to this Purchase Order.
4. Payment shall be made in three (3) instalments: 40% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 35% upon successful placement and first-day onboarding of the Sales Executive, and 25% upon completion of the 90-day probationary period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Ghana cedis (GHS).
5. The supplier warrants that the Sales Executive placed under this Purchase Order shall possess a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable experience in B2B or B2C sales within the West African market, with demonstrated familiarity with the Ghana Accra commercial landscape.
6. All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, including but not limited to the Ghana Labour Act 2003 (Act 651), the Ghana Revenue Authority tax regulations, and the National Insurance Act 2010 (Act 766).
7. The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the buyer's business strategies, client lists, and internal operations. Any breach of confidentiality related to the Sales Executive role or the buyer's Ghana Accra operations shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and liability for damages.
8. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 838). If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ghana Accra.
9. This Purchase Order may not be assigned or subcontracted by the supplier without prior written consent from the buyer. Any modification to the scope, pricing, or delivery terms must be documented in a written amendment signed by both parties.
10. The supplier shall provide a comprehensive warranty of twelve (12) months on all equipment and software procured under this Purchase Order for the Sales Executive workstation and tools.

All items and services specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the buyer's office in Ghana Accra during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT). The buyer's designated receiving officer shall inspect and verify all deliverables within five (5) business days of delivery. Acceptance shall be confirmed in writing. Any defects or non-conformities in the Sales Executive onboarding package must be reported within this period, and the supplier shall rectify such issues at no additional cost to the buyer.
