7. The Service Provider warrants that the Sales Executive candidate meets all qualifications, background checks, and professional certifications required for the role. Any misrepresentation shall void this Purchase Order and entitle the Purchasing Entity to a full refund.

The Sales Executive shall be fully onboarded and operational at the Indonesia Jakarta headquarters within forty-five (45) calendar days from the effective date of this Purchase Order.
