The selected Sales Executive will be based in our primary office located in Israel Jerusalem and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and executing the company's strategic sales objectives for the Greater Jerusalem metropolitan area and surrounding regions. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding procurement document and governs all terms, conditions, deliverables, and payment obligations associated with the recruitment, onboarding, and initial employment period of the Sales Executive.

• 3.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel Jerusalem.
• 3.2 The Sales Executive must possess a minimum of five (5) years of proven B2B sales experience, fluency in both Hebrew and English, and a valid Israeli work permit or citizenship. The Sales Executive will report directly to the Regional Sales Director based in the Israel Jerusalem office.
• 3.3 Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice issuance. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in New Shekels (ILS). Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Israeli commercial law.
• 3.4 The vendor, Apex Talent Partners (Israel) Ltd., warrants that the Sales Executive candidate presented will have undergone a full criminal background check, reference verification, and psychological assessment prior to final placement.
• 3.5 All personal data collected during the recruitment process for the Sales Executive shall be handled in strict compliance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
• 3.6 This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement signed by authorized representatives of both parties. No verbal modifications shall be binding.
• 3.7 The vendor shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ILS 2,000,000 for the duration of the engagement related to this Purchase Order.
• 3.8 Force majeure events, including but not limited to national security alerts, government-mandated closures, or civil unrest affecting the Israel Jerusalem area, shall suspend performance obligations without penalty for a period not exceeding 30 calendar days.

The vendor is required to present a shortlist of no fewer than three (3) qualified Sales Executive candidates within twenty-one (21) calendar days from the acceptance date of this Purchase Order. The final selection and onboarding of the Sales Executive at the Israel Jerusalem office shall be completed no later than forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The Sales Executive's first day of active duty is anticipated to fall on or before 15 July 2025.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order.
