The Sales Executive shall be engaged on a full-time, permanent basis and will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager for the Central Asia division.

The Sales Executive to be procured under this Purchase Order must satisfy the following minimum qualifications and requirements for the role based in Kazakhstan Almaty:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales within the Central Asian market, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the Almaty metropolitan area.
• Fluency in Kazakh and Russian; working proficiency in English is strongly preferred for international client interactions.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets by at least 110%.
• Valid Kazakhstani work permit or citizenship; the Sales Executive must be legally eligible to work in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Willingness to travel within the Almaty region and occasionally to other cities in Kazakhstan for client meetings and trade exhibitions.
• Strong knowledge of the local business environment, regulatory framework, and cultural nuances specific to Kazakhstan Almaty.

• Payment Terms: 50% of the total amount (KZT 529,200) shall be paid within 10 business days of the issuance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 50% (KZT 529,200) shall be due within 15 business days following the successful onboarding and confirmation of the Sales Executive in the Kazakhstan Almaty office.

• Delivery / Performance Timeline: The Supplier shall present a shortlist of no fewer than five (5) qualified Sales Executive candidates within 20 business days of the Purchase Order acceptance date. Final placement shall be completed within 45 business days.
• Confidentiality: All candidate data, salary information, and internal business details shared during the recruitment of the Sales Executive shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
• Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applicable commercial legislation. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the International Arbitration Center of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC).
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Kazakhstan Almaty.
• Warranty: The Supplier warrants that the Sales Executive placed under this order shall remain in the position for a minimum of six (6) months. Should the Sales Executive resign or be terminated for cause within this period, the Supplier shall provide one complimentary re-placement at no additional cost.
