This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Pacific Holdings Sdn. Bhd. to formally engage the services of TalentBridge Executive Search Sdn. Bhd. for the recruitment, placement, and onboarding of a qualified Sales Executive to be based at our principal office in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Executive shall be responsible for driving revenue growth across the consumer electronics and digital solutions portfolio within the Klang Valley region. This Purchase Order governs all terms, conditions, deliverables, and payment obligations associated with the engagement of the Sales Executive role in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.

1. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, specifically the Contracts Act 1950 and the Employment Act 1955 as applicable to the Sales Executive engagement in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
2. Payment shall be made in three instalments: 40% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon successful placement of the Sales Executive, and 20% upon completion of the 90-day performance review period.
3. All payments shall be remitted via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) to the account held at Maybank Berhad, Malaysia Kuala Lumpur branch.
4. The Sales Executive shall be required to report to the Meridian Pacific office at Menara Maxis, Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) with a standard 30-minute lunch break.
5. The vendor warrants that the Sales Executive candidate shall possess a valid work permit, Employment Pass, or Malaysian citizenship documentation as required by the Immigration Department of Malaysia for employment in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Purchase Order, the identity of the Sales Executive, and all proprietary sales data pertaining to the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur market for a period of 24 months following the completion of services.
7. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur before escalation to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.
8. This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.

The Sales Executive is expected to commence duties no later than 1 August 2025 at the Meridian Pacific Holdings Sdn. Bhd. office in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. The vendor shall provide a shortlist of no fewer than five (5) qualified Sales Executive candidates within 21 business days of this Purchase Order being accepted. All candidate profiles shall be screened for relevant experience in the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur consumer and enterprise sales landscape.
