- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Mexico City and surrounding states as required.

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:
- 40% (MXN 45,008.00): Due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order by the Vendor.
- 35% (MXN 39,382.00): Due upon successful placement and first-day onboarding of the Sales Executive in Mexico City.
- 25% (MXN 28,130.00): Due upon successful completion of the 90-day performance guarantee period without the need for replacement.
All payments shall be made via electronic bank transfer (SPEI) to the Vendor's account. Invoices must include the Vendor's RFC, the Purchase Order number (MXC-SE-2025-04782), and a detailed breakdown of services rendered. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Mexican commercial law.
