- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both authorized representatives. All services described herein shall be rendered in and around Morocco Casablanca, and the Sales Executive shall be physically present at the Buyer's Casablanca office no later than 30 days from the date of this Purchase Order.
- The Sales Executive shall be subject to the internal policies, code of conduct, and reporting structure of AtlanTrade Solutions SARL. The Supplier retains no employment relationship with the Sales Executive beyond the recruitment and guarantee period specified in this Purchase Order.
- Payment shall be made in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account at Bank of Africa (BMCE), Casablanca branch, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice (Facture) referencing this Purchase Order number PO-2025-CAS-00472.
- The Supplier guarantees that the Sales Executive candidate shall hold a valid Moroccan work permit or national identity card, and shall be fully compliant with all labour, social security (CNSS), and tax obligations applicable in Morocco Casablanca.
- Any modification to the scope, timeline, or cost of this Purchase Order must be documented in a written amendment signed by both parties. Verbal agreements regarding the Sales Executive engagement shall not be enforceable.
- In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in Morocco Casablanca. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial court of Casablanca, Kingdom of Morocco.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, including but not limited to the Moroccan Commercial Code and the Code du Travail. All communications related to this Purchase Order shall be conducted in French or English.
- The Supplier shall maintain professional liability insurance covering the Sales Executive engagement for the duration of the guarantee period, with a minimum coverage of 500,000 MAD, valid in Morocco Casablanca.
