2. SCOPE OF PURCHASE – SALES EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT & ONBOARDING PACKAGE

This Purchase Order is issued by Golden Pagoda Business Solutions Co., Ltd. to formally request and authorize the procurement of a comprehensive recruitment, onboarding, and equipping package for a Sales Executive position to be based in Myanmar Yangon. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and executing sales strategies across the Yangon metropolitan area and surrounding regions. The supplier is expected to deliver all services and goods listed below in full compliance with Myanmar labour regulations, the Companies Law of 2017, and applicable tax codes administered by the Inland Revenue Department of the Union of Myanmar.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both authorised representatives. All terms are governed by the laws of the Union of Myanmar, with jurisdiction in the Yangon District Court.
The Supplier shall ensure that the Sales Executive candidate meets all qualifications specified in the attached job description, including a minimum of three (3) years of B2B sales experience in the Myanmar Yangon market, fluency in Burmese and English, and a valid driver's licence for Yangon metropolitan travel.
All goods (laptops, monitors, smartphones, accessories) must be delivered to the Buyer's office at Sule Tower, Kyauktada Township, Myanmar Yangon, no later than 01 July 2025. Delivery shall be made between 09:00 and 17:00 Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30).
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account at CB Bank (Myanmar) Ltd., Yangon branch, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmed delivery of all line items listed in this Purchase Order.
The Supplier warrants that all equipment supplied is new, unused, and covered by a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty valid in Myanmar Yangon. Any defective items must be replaced within five (5) business days at no additional cost to the Buyer.
The Sales Executive recruitment process must comply with the Myanmar Labour Law (2011), the Minimum Wage Law, and all anti-discrimination provisions. The Supplier shall provide full documentation of background checks and reference verifications prior to final offer issuance.
Any changes, amendments, or cancellations to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal modifications are not valid under Myanmar commercial law.
The Supplier shall maintain confidentiality regarding the Buyer's internal sales strategies, client lists, and the Sales Executive's compensation structure. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached as Annex A.
In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters affecting Myanmar Yangon, government-imposed restrictions, or pandemic-related closures), either party may suspend obligations with written notice within 48 hours. Affected timelines shall be extended proportionally.
All invoices must be issued in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) and must include the Supplier's Tax Identification Number (TIN) as registered with the Inland Revenue Department, Yangon Regional Office.

5. DELIVERY & ACCEPTANCE

All physical goods and completed service milestones under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Buyer's premises in Myanmar Yangon. The Buyer's Procurement Manager shall inspect and sign a Delivery Acceptance Certificate within three (3) business days of receipt. Failure to raise a written objection within this period shall constitute deemed acceptance. The Sales Executive onboarding is considered complete upon the candidate's first full working day at the Yangon office and successful CRM system access verification.
