The Sales Executive procured under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties while stationed in Pakistan Islamabad:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting corporate clients in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and the broader Islamabad Capital Territory.
• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with a minimum quarterly revenue target of PKR 8,000,000.
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction scores remain above 85%.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contract documentation in alignment with the buyer's brand guidelines.
• Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings within Pakistan Islamabad and neighboring provinces as required.
• Submit weekly sales activity reports and monthly revenue forecasts to the Director of Sales, Islamabad office.
• Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales messaging with market positioning.
• Comply with all applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate policies governing employment in Pakistan Islamabad.

• Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Pakistan Islamabad within 15 (fifteen) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice.
• The one-time recruitment fee of PKR 150,000 shall be payable within 7 days of the Sales Executive's successful completion of the 30-day probationary period.
• Monthly retainer payments of PKR 250,000 shall be due on the 5th of each calendar month, commencing July 2025.
• All payments are subject to applicable withholding tax as per the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Pakistan Islamabad regulations.
• Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

• This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the buyer and the vendor upon signature by both authorized representatives.
• The Sales Executive shall be treated as a contractor of the vendor for the duration of this engagement and shall not be considered an employee of the buyer.
• The vendor guarantees that the Sales Executive shall hold a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and be legally eligible to work in Pakistan Islamabad.
• Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date shall be settled within 15 days.
• The Sales Executive shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary information, client data, and business strategies of the buyer.
• All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Pakistan Islamabad.

The Sales Executive shall report for duty at the buyer's office in Blue Area, Pakistan Islamabad, no later than 09:00 AM on 01 July 2025. The vendor shall ensure that all onboarding documentation, including the signed employment contract, NDA, and company policy acknowledgment, is completed within the first 5 working days of commencement.
