- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. The vendor must confirm acceptance in writing within five (5) business days, failing which this Purchase Order shall be considered null and void.
- The Sales Executive to be placed must possess a minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales within the Philippines Manila market, a valid government-issued identification, and a clean National Background Check (NBI) clearance.
- All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed in accordance with the Labor Code of the Philippines (Presidential Decree No. 442), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and all applicable local ordinances of the City of Manila and the National Capital Region.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid Official Receipt (OR) and a fully itemized invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (MCS-2025-00847).
- The vendor warrants that the Sales Executive shall not be under any non-compete or exclusivity agreement with any other entity in the Philippines Manila area at the time of placement.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Center for International Investment and Arbitration (PCIAA) located in Makati City, Philippines Manila.
- This Purchase Order does not constitute an employment contract between Meridian Corporate Solutions, Inc. and the Sales Executive. A separate employment agreement shall be executed upon successful completion of the probationary period.
- The vendor shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of PHP 5,000,000.00 for the duration of the engagement.
The Sales Executive shall report for duty at the Meridian Corporate Solutions, Inc. office at 128th Floor, Makati Business Center, Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Philippines Manila, no later than 8:00 AM on July 1, 2025. Acceptance of the Sales Executive by the hiring manager shall be confirmed in writing within five (5) business days of the start date. Failure to confirm acceptance within this period shall be deemed as automatic acceptance of the placement under this Purchase Order.
