The Sales Executive shall report directly to the Regional Director for the Russia Moscow office and will be expected to travel within the Moscow Oblast and to other Russian cities as business needs dictate.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding procurement agreement between the Buyer and the Seller for the engagement of a Sales Executive to operate within the Russia Moscow jurisdiction. All terms herein shall be governed by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and applicable federal labor legislation.
2. The Seller shall deliver a fully vetted, contractually bound Sales Executive to the Buyer's Moscow office no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of acceptance of this Purchase Order. The Sales Executive shall commence duties on the first business day following the delivery date.
3. Payment shall be made in three installments: fifty percent (50%) upon execution of this Purchase Order, thirty percent (30%) upon confirmed onboarding of the Sales Executive in Russia Moscow, and the remaining twenty percent (20%) upon successful completion of the three-month performance guarantee period.
4. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account in Russian Rubles (RUB) through a licensed financial institution operating within the Russian Federation. The Buyer reserves the right to withhold payment if the Sales Executive fails to meet the competency benchmarks outlined in Annex A of this Purchase Order.
5. The Sales Executive shall be subject to a non-compete and confidentiality agreement for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of employment, specifically protecting the Buyer's client portfolio and commercial data within the Russia Moscow market.
6. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration at the Moscow Arbitration Court in accordance with the procedural rules of the Russian Federation. The venue for all legal proceedings shall be Moscow, Russia.
7. The Seller warrants that the Sales Executive shall hold all necessary work permits, social insurance registrations, and professional certifications required to legally perform sales activities within the Russia Moscow region.
8. This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written consent of both parties. No oral modifications shall be recognized as valid under this agreement.

The Sales Executive shall report for duty at the Buyer's principal office located at 14 Tverskaya Street, Building 3, Moscow, Russia 125009. The Seller is responsible for coordinating all logistics, including the execution of the employment contract in Russian, registration with the Federal Tax Service of Russia Moscow, enrollment in the Pension Fund and Social Insurance Fund, and provision of a corporate identity package. The Sales Executive shall be expected to achieve a minimum of 85% of the quarterly sales targets as defined in the Buyer's annual business plan for the Russia Moscow region within the first two quarters of employment.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of a Sales Executive for operations in Russia Moscow.
