1. This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Senegal and the OHADA (Organisation pour l'Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires) uniform acts applicable in Dakar.
2. The Sales Executive shall be engaged under a fixed-term contract (CDD) of twelve (12) months, commencing no later than 1 August 2025, with the primary place of work located in Dakar, Senegal.
3. The supplier, Dakar Talent Solutions SARL, guarantees full compliance with the Senegalese Labor Code, including social security contributions (CNSS) and all statutory employer obligations for the Sales Executive.
4. Payment terms: 40% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 35% upon confirmed onboarding of the Sales Executive in Dakar, and 25% upon successful completion of the first quarter of service.
5. All payments shall be made in XOF via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 1. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Senegalese commercial law.
