The role requires a minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in B2B sales within the industrial and commercial sectors, fluency in both Spanish and English, and a valid driving licence for travel within the Valencia metropolitan area and surrounding provinces of Castellón and Alicante.

The Sales Executive engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties and deliverables on a full-time basis (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET):

3.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, specifically the Spanish Civil Code (Código Civil) and the Spanish Commercial Code (Código de Comercio). Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.

3.2 The Sales Executive shall be engaged in strict compliance with all applicable Spanish employment legislation, including the Estatuto de los Trabajadores (Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015), the General Social Security Law (Ley General de la Seguridad Social), and all collective bargaining agreements (Convenio Colectivo) applicable to the commercial sector in the province of Valencia.

3.3 The supplier, Talento Empresarial Levante S.L., warrants that the Sales Executive placed under this Purchase Order shall not be subject to any non-compete or exclusivity clause that would restrict their ability to perform duties for the purchasing entity within the Valencia region.

3.4 Payment shall be made via direct bank transfer (SEPA) to the account designated by the supplier. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Spanish Law on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions (Ley 3/2004).

3.5 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice period of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, the supplier shall be entitled to a pro-rata payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

3.6 The Sales Executive shall be required to attend all mandatory company meetings held at the Valencia headquarters and shall represent the purchasing entity at trade fairs, client presentations, and commercial events throughout the Comunitat Valenciana as directed by management.

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding procurement commitment upon signature by both parties. The purchasing entity authorizes the supplier to commence the recruitment and placement process for the Sales Executive immediately upon execution of this document.
