Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: a deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the total Purchase Order value shall be remitted within five (5) business days of the supplier's written acceptance of this document. The remaining seventy percent (70%) shall be paid in two equal installments: the first upon successful placement and commencement of the Sales Executive in the Sudan Khartoum office, and the second upon completion of the twelve-month engagement period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account at the National Bank of Sudan, Khartoum branch. Late payments shall attract a penalty of two percent (2%) per month on the outstanding balance.

This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Sudan. The supplier warrants that the Sales Executive placed under this Purchase Order shall meet all qualifications, experience thresholds, and regulatory requirements stipulated herein. The supplier shall bear full responsibility for any misrepresentation of the Sales Executive's credentials. All services rendered in Sudan Khartoum shall comply with the Sudanese Labour Act, the Commercial Companies Act, and any applicable municipal regulations of the Khartoum State. The Sales Executive shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement and a non-compete clause for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of the engagement. This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written consent of both parties. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Sudan Khartoum in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Act.

Note: This Purchase Order is non-transferable. The supplier shall not subcontract any portion of the Sales Executive recruitment or training services without prior written approval from the buyer. The buyer reserves the right to reject the placed Sales Executive within the first thirty (30) days of commencement if the candidate does not meet the agreed-upon performance benchmarks, in which case the supplier shall provide a replacement at no additional cost.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Sales Executive services in Sudan Khartoum.
