Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. The payment schedule is as follows: fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be due upon successful confirmation and signing of the Sales Executive employment contract, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due upon completion of the three-month performance monitoring period. All payments are subject to the receipt of valid tax invoices compliant with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) regulations. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as stipulated in the Tanzania Sale of Goods Act.

The Sales Executive shall commence duties no later than 1 August 2025 at the company's principal office located in Ubungo, Tanzania Dar es Salaam. The supplier is required to deliver all recruitment and onboarding services in accordance with the timeline outlined in Annexure A attached to this Purchase Order. Any delays in the deployment of the Sales Executive beyond the stipulated date shall be subject to a penalty of TZS 100,000 per business day, deducted from the final payment.

• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and any disputes arising herefrom shall be resolved through arbitration in Dar es Salaam in accordance with the Tanzania Arbitration Act, 2020.
• The Sales Executive engaged under this Purchase Order shall be subject to a minimum twelve-month employment contract with East African Business Solutions Ltd., based in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
• The supplier warrants that the Sales Executive shall possess a minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, a valid Tanzanian national ID or work permit, and fluency in both Swahili and English.
• All personal data collected during the recruitment process shall be handled in strict compliance with the Tanzania Data Protection Act, 2022.
• This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement between both parties, signed and stamped by authorised representatives.
• The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the terms of this Purchase Order and the identity of the Sales Executive until the contract is formally executed.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions in Dar es Salaam, or public health emergencies, shall excuse timely performance without penalty.
