3. Delivery and Commencement
The Sales Executive shall be fully onboarded and commencing active duties at the Turkey Ankara headquarters no later than 30 July 2025. All recruitment activities referenced in this Purchase Order must be completed within 21 calendar days from the date of issue. The supplier shall provide weekly progress reports to the buyer's procurement department until the Sales Executive is confirmed in the Turkey Ankara role.
4. Payment Terms
- 40% of the total Purchase Order value (TRY 76,080.00) shall be due upon signing and acceptance of this Purchase Order.
- 40% (TRY 76,080.00) shall be due upon confirmed onboarding of the Sales Executive in Turkey Ankara.
- 20% (TRY 38,040.00) shall be due upon successful completion of the three-month performance guarantee period.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Turkish Lira (TRY) within 15 business days of invoice receipt.
5. Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Ankara, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the Ankara Arbitration Institute.
- The Sales Executive procured under this Purchase Order shall be subject to a minimum 12-month employment contract with the buyer, based in Turkey Ankara. The supplier warrants that the candidate meets all qualifications specified in the attached job description.
- The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the buyer's internal sales data, client lists, and strategic plans shared during the recruitment and onboarding process in Turkey Ankara.
- Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements are not binding.
- The supplier shall indemnify the buyer against any claims arising from non-compliance with Turkish labor regulations, social security obligations, or work permit requirements related to the Sales Executive's employment in Turkey Ankara.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting Turkey Ankara, shall extend delivery timelines proportionally without penalty to either party.
