1. Description of ProcurementThis Purchase Order is issued by Acme Enterprises (Uganda) Ltd. to formally engage the services of TalentBridge Recruitment Solutions Ltd. for the recruitment, screening, and onboarding of a qualified Sales Executive to be based in our head office in Uganda Kampala. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence across the Kampala metropolitan area and surrounding districts. This Purchase Order governs all terms, conditions, deliverables, and payment obligations associated with this recruitment engagement.

The supplier shall deliver a fully vetted, contractually bound Sales Executive who meets the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a minimum of three (3) years of proven B2B sales experience in the Uganda Kampala market; demonstrable ability to manage a portfolio of at least twenty (20) active accounts; and fluency in English with working proficiency in Luganda. The Sales Executive must be legally eligible to work in Uganda and possess a valid National ID or Alien ID. All deliverables under this Purchase Order shall be completed no later than 30 July 2025, with the Sales Executive commencing duties on or before 01 August 2025 at the Uganda Kampala head office.
4. Payment Terms- A mobilization payment of 30% (UGX 2,902,800) of the grand total shall be remitted within five (5) business days of the acceptance of this Purchase Order by both parties.
- A progress payment of 40% (UGX 3,870,400) shall be due upon successful completion of the interview and selection process for the Sales Executive role.
- The final balance of 30% (UGX 2,902,800) shall be payable within ten (10) business days after the Sales Executive has successfully completed the 30-day onboarding and monitoring period in Uganda Kampala.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account at Stanbic Bank Uganda, Kampala Branch, Account No. 0123-4567-8901, in United States Dollars (USD) equivalent at the Bank of Uganda's daily interbank rate.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, including the Contracts Act, Cap 81, and the Uganda Labour Act, 2023.
- The supplier warrants that the Sales Executive candidate shall not be under any non-compete or restrictive covenant with any other employer at the time of engagement.
- Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Kampala, Uganda, and failing that, through the competent courts of Uganda Kampala.
- The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the company's sales data, client lists, and strategic plans shared during the recruitment of the Sales Executive.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of issue. Failure to commence services within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- The supplier shall comply with all applicable Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) tax obligations, including withholding tax on services rendered in Uganda Kampala.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the recruitment and engagement of a Sales Executive in Uganda Kampala.
