Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order (PO-2025-MAN-00487) is issued by Northgate Commercial Solutions Ltd. and constitutes a binding request for the recruitment, equipping, and onboarding of a Sales Executive to operate out of the company's principal office in United Kingdom Manchester.
- All goods and services referenced in this Purchase Order must be delivered or made available at the address stated in the delivery location field, namely 142 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4ER, United Kingdom, no later than the required delivery date of 01 July 2025.
- The Sales Executive to be recruited under this Purchase Order must hold a valid UK right-to-work permit and must be available to commence employment in United Kingdom Manchester within five (5) business days of the contractual start date.
- Payment shall be made by BACS transfer to the supplier's nominated bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice referencing this Purchase Order number. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- The supplier warrants that the Sales Executive placed under this Purchase Order shall be free from any conflicting contractual obligations and shall be fully indemnified by the supplier against any claims arising from prior employment disputes.
- All equipment and software licences procured under this Purchase Order shall be the property of Northgate Commercial Solutions Ltd. and must be returned or transferred upon termination of the Sales Executive's employment.
- This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom Manchester and the wider England and Wales legal system.
- The supplier acknowledges that the Sales Executive will be operating in the competitive commercial environment of United Kingdom Manchester and agrees to provide ongoing support and replacement guarantees for a period of ninety (90) days from the commencement date.
- Any amendments, variations, or cancellations to this Purchase Order must be agreed in writing by both parties and signed by an authorised representative. Verbal instructions shall not constitute a valid modification of this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order does not constitute a guarantee of employment beyond the initial twelve-month period. The Sales Executive's continued employment shall be subject to the standard terms of the company's employment contract and applicable UK employment legislation.
