The Sales Executive engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties within the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City business district and surrounding provinces:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting manufacturing, logistics, and technology sectors headquartered in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Manage a portfolio of no fewer than twenty-five (25) active client accounts, ensuring a minimum of ninety percent (90%) client retention rate throughout the contract period.
- Conduct a minimum of fifteen (15) in-person client meetings per month within the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City area, with travel to surrounding provinces as required.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and competitive intelligence briefs to the Procurement Director and Regional Sales Manager.
- Represent Pacific Gateway Trading Co., Ltd. at industry trade shows, networking events, and B2B conferences held in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City and the broader Mekong Delta region.
- Ensure full compliance with all Vietnamese labor laws, commercial regulations, and local tax obligations applicable to the Sales Executive role in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Validity: This Purchase Order shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. The Sales Executive services shall commence no later than 01 July 2025.
- Payment: Invoices shall be submitted on the first business day of each month. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Apex Talent Solutions Vietnam JSC within thirty (30) days of invoice receipt.
