5.1 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Service Provider. 5.5 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of 60 calendar days. Early termination by the Purchasing Authority without cause shall require a penalty payment equal to 10% of the remaining contract value.

5.6 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium. The parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith mediation in accordance with Belgian civil procedure law before initiating formal litigation.

5.7 Insurance: The Service Provider shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 1,000,000 per claim, valid throughout the territory of Belgium Brussels, and shall provide a certificate of insurance upon request.

6. Acceptance and Authorization
