This Purchase Order is subject to applicable taxes and levies as mandated by the tax authority of DR Congo Kinshasa.

1. Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become binding upon written acceptance by the School Counselor and countersignature by the authorized representative of the Ministry of National Education, DR Congo, within ten (10) business days of issuance.
2. Performance Period: Services shall commence on 1 September 2025 and conclude on 30 June 2026, covering the full academic year in DR Congo Kinshasa.
3. Qualifications: The School Counselor must hold a recognized master's degree in Counseling Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field, and must possess a valid professional license issued by the relevant regulatory body in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Proof of qualifications must be submitted prior to the commencement of services under this Purchase Order.

Payment for services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be made in monthly installments. The School Counselor shall submit a detailed invoice to the Regional Directorate of Education in Kinshasa, DR Congo, by the fifth (5th) business day of each month for services rendered in the preceding month. Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the School Counselor, as specified in the acceptance form attached to this Purchase Order.
