2. Scope of Purchase – School Counselor Services
This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nile International Academy, Cairo, Egypt, to procure the professional services of a qualified School Counselor for the 2025/2026 academic year. The School Counselor shall be assigned to the academy's main campus located in the Downtown District of Cairo, Egypt, and shall provide comprehensive psychological, academic, and social counseling services to students aged 6 through 18. The engagement of this School Counselor is in full compliance with the Egyptian Ministry of Education and Technical Education regulations governing student welfare and psychological support in private and international schools operating within the Egypt Cairo metropolitan area.

4. Terms and Conditions
- Commencement of Service: The School Counselor shall commence duties no later than 1 September 2025 at the Al-Nile International Academy campus in Cairo, Egypt. A written confirmation of the assigned counselor's credentials and license number must be submitted to the academy's procurement office at least 14 days prior to the start date.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments of EGP 71,934.00 (inclusive of VAT) via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account at CIB Bank, Cairo. The first payment is due within 15 business days of the commencement date. All payments are subject to receipt of a valid tax invoice compliant with Egyptian tax regulations.
- Qualifications Required: The School Counselor must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, or a related field from an accredited Egyptian or internationally recognized university. The counselor must possess a valid license issued by the Egyptian Syndicate of Psychologists and a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in school-based counseling within Egypt Cairo or equivalent international settings.
- Working Hours and Location: The School Counselor shall work full-time (40 hours per week, Sunday through Thursday) at the academy's premises in the Downtown District, Cairo, Egypt. Remote work is not permitted except for pre-approved off-site parent consultations.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection: All student records, counseling notes, and personal data shall be handled in strict accordance with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and the academy's internal data privacy policy. - Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt in accordance with Egyptian civil and commercial law.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated school closures in Cairo, Egypt, or public health emergencies declared by the Egyptian Ministry of Health.
5. Acceptance and Authorization
This Purchase Order constitutes a binding procurement commitment by Al-Nile International Academy, Cairo, Egypt, for the engagement of a School Counselor for the 2025/2026 academic year.
