- Acceptance: This Purchase Order constitutes a formal request for the provision of School Counselor services. The School Counselor, Madame Claire Dubois, shall confirm acceptance of this Purchase Order in writing within ten (10) business days of the date of issue. Failure to confirm within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
