Governing Law: This Purchase Order and all associated services shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with specific reference to the educational and employment regulations applicable in Germany Berlin. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Berlin (Landgericht Berlin).
Qualification Requirements: The School Counselor assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a recognized degree in psychology, educational science, or social work (Ministerium für Bildung, Jugend und Familie Berlin) and possess a valid professional license (Heilpraktiker:in für Psychotherapie or equivalent) issued in Germany Berlin.
Service Location: All counselling services shall be delivered on-site at the school premises in Germany Berlin (Friedrichstraße 142, 10117 Berlin) or at approved satellite locations within the Berlin metropolitan area as designated by the school administration.
