3. Scope of Procurement — School Counselor Services

This Purchase Order is issued by the Munich School Authority (Schulamt München) to formally procure the services of a qualified School Counselor to be deployed at the Gymnasium am Englischen Garten in Germany Munich for the academic year 2025/2026. 5. Terms and Conditions

Commencement: The School Counselor shall commence duties on 1 September 2025 at the designated premises in Germany Munich. A dedicated counselling office has been allocated on the second floor of the main building.
Contract Duration: This Purchase Order covers one full academic year (September 2025 – August 2026). Renewal is subject to mutual written agreement no later than 30 June 2026.
Qualification Requirements: The School Counselor must hold a recognised degree in psychology, educational counselling, or a related field, along with a valid licence issued by the Bavarian State Ministry of Education (Staatsministerium für Bildung und Kultus, Wissenschaft und Kunst). Fluency in German is mandatory; proficiency in English is strongly preferred given the international student body in Munich.
Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via bank transfer within 30 days of invoice receipt. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-MUC-2025-0472) and include the supplier's VAT ID. All payments are processed through the Munich School Authority's central finance office.

Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice period of 6 weeks during the first 3 months, or 12 weeks thereafter. In the event of termination, all outstanding invoices for services rendered up to the termination date shall be settled in full.
Governing Law: This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Munich, Bavaria.
Insurance: The supplier shall maintain professional liability insurance (Berufshaftpflichtversicherung) with a minimum coverage of EUR 1,000,000 per claim, valid throughout the contract period in Germany.
