- This Purchase Order is issued by Delhi Public Academy of Learning, New Delhi, and constitutes a binding agreement for the procurement of School Counselor services for the academic year 2025–2026.
- The School Counselor appointed under this Purchase Order shall report directly to the Principal and shall adhere to the code of conduct, confidentiality policies, and child protection protocols mandated by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the Delhi Government's Education Department.
- The School Counselor shall be available on the school premises in New Delhi from Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM, with a minimum of 20 individual counselling sessions per week.
- Payment shall be made on a monthly basis via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account specified in Section 2, within 15 days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the service provider. The Purchase Order number must be referenced on all invoices.
- The service provider shall ensure that the School Counselor maintains valid professional liability insurance and a current RCI registration throughout the contract period in India.
- This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the School Counselor shall ensure a smooth handover of all student records and case files to the institution in New Delhi.
- All data collected by the School Counselor shall be handled in strict compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable data protection regulations in India. No student records shall be shared outside the institution without written parental consent.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The School Counselor shall participate in at least two professional development workshops per academic year, with costs borne by the service provider as part of this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
