The School Counselor engaged under this Purchase Order shall provide comprehensive student support services at Al Noor International School, located in Kuwait Kuwait City. The scope includes but is not limited to: individual and group counseling sessions; academic and career guidance for secondary students; coordination with classroom teachers regarding student behavioral concerns; development and implementation of a school-wide social-emotional learning program; maintenance of confidential student records in compliance with Kuwaiti data protection regulations; and participation in the school's student welfare committee. The School Counselor must hold a valid license to practice counseling in the State of Kuwait and possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in an educational setting. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required for all student and parent interactions within the Kuwait Kuwait City campus.

• Payment shall be made in monthly installments of KWD 2,275.00, due on the 5th business day of each month following service delivery.
• Payment method: Bank transfer to the account of Meridian Educational Staffing LLC, National Bank of Kuwait, Account No. 0044-7821-5563.
• A 2% late payment penalty shall apply to any invoice not settled within 15 days of the due date.
• All fees are exclusive of 5% Kuwaiti Value Added Tax (VAT), which shall be added to each invoice.
• The total Purchase Order value, inclusive of VAT, is KWD 23,887.50 for the full academic year.

• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait Kuwait City.
• The School Counselor must maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of KWD 50,000 for the duration of the contract.
• Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the School Counselor shall complete all ongoing student sessions and submit a transition report within the notice period.
• The School Counselor is an independent contractor and not an employee of Al Noor International School. No employer-employee relationship is created by this Purchase Order.
• All student records, counseling notes, and assessment documents generated under this Purchase Order remain the property of Al Noor International School and must be stored in accordance with Kuwaiti educational data regulations.
• The School Counselor shall comply with all health, safety, and child protection policies of the school and the Kuwaiti Ministry of Education.
• This Purchase Order is valid for a single academic year and does not constitute an automatic renewal agreement. Any extension must be documented in a separate written amendment signed by both parties.
