4. Description of Goods / Services Procured

This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Noor Public School & College, Pakistan Karachi, for the procurement of full-time professional School Counselor services for the academic year 2025–2026. The School Counselor shall be responsible for the following duties and deliverables within the school premises located in Pakistan Karachi:

5. Terms and Conditions

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the School Counselor service provider for the duration specified herein. Both parties acknowledge that this engagement is governed by the laws of the Province of Sindh, Pakistan Karachi.
The School Counselor shall report to the Principal's office at Al-Noor Public School & College, DHA Phase VI, Pakistan Karachi, on all working days from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, in accordance with the school's academic calendar.
Payment shall be made on a monthly basis via bank transfer to the account designated by the School Counselor. The first payment shall be due within seven (7) working days of the commencement date. All payments are subject to applicable withholding tax deductions as mandated by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Pakistan Karachi.
The School Counselor is required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all student records, counseling sessions, and personal information in compliance with the Sindh Education Department's data protection guidelines and the Pakistan Information Technology Act, 2002.
The School Counselor must hold a valid professional license issued by the Sindh Board of Education and must maintain a minimum of 20 hours of continuing professional development annually. Failure to maintain licensure shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order.
The Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of unsatisfactory performance, professional misconduct, or violation of the school's code of conduct. In such cases, payment shall be made only for services rendered up to the date of termination.
All counseling materials, assessment tools, and reports prepared by the School Counselor during the term of this Purchase Order shall remain the property of Al-Noor Public School & College, Pakistan Karachi.
The School Counselor shall be provided with a dedicated office room, basic furniture, a computer, and access to the school's student information management system at no additional cost.
Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the absence of resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent court of law in Pakistan Karachi, Sindh.
This Purchase Order may be renewed for subsequent academic years subject to mutual written agreement between both parties, no later than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the current term.

6. Delivery / Commencement and Acceptance

The School Counselor services shall commence on 1st September 2025, coinciding with the start of the new academic year at the institution in Pakistan Karachi. The Buyer shall conduct a probationary evaluation after the first sixty (60) days of service. Acceptance of services is deemed complete upon the successful completion of the probationary period and the submission of the first quarterly report.

This Purchase Order is authorized and issued by the undersigned on behalf of Al-Noor Public School & College, Pakistan Karachi, and is accepted by the School Counselor service provider as indicated below.
