4.1 This Purchase Order is binding upon both parties from the date of issue and shall remain in effect for the duration of the academic year 2025/2026, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Clause 4.7.

4.2 The School Counselor must hold a valid Master's degree in School Counseling, Educational Psychology, or a closely related field, along with a recognized counseling license or certification. All credentials must be verified by the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia prior to commencement of duties in Riyadh.

4.3 Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon execution of this Purchase Order, 60% payable in equal monthly installments, and 10% upon successful completion of the academic year. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the supplier in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.

4.4 The supplier shall ensure that the School Counselor complies with all Saudi labor regulations, including but not limited to the Saudi Labor Law, the Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Abuse Law, and the Ministry of Education's code of conduct for educational professionals in Riyadh.

4.5 The School Counselor shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all student records, family information, and institutional data in accordance with Saudi data protection regulations.

4.6 Any modification to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements shall hold no legal standing.

4.7 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of 60 days. In the event of termination, all outstanding obligations and end-of-service entitlements for the School Counselor shall be settled in full within 30 days of the termination date.

4.8 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The School Counselor shall report for duty at Al Olaya International School, Riyadh, no later than 1 September 2025. The supplier is responsible for all logistics, including visa processing, Iqama issuance, and initial accommodation arrangements in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, prior to the commencement date.
