Intellectual Property: All reports, assessment tools, and documentation created specifically for the Purchasing Entity under this Purchase Order shall remain the property of Centro Educativo Madrid Excellence Academy. The School Counselor retains the right to use general methodologies and professional frameworks in future engagements.
