• This Purchase Order is governed by the Spanish Civil Code and the applicable legislation of the Comunitat Valenciana. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.
• The School Counselor must comply with all data protection obligations under LOPDGDD 3/2018 and GDPR. All student records shall be stored securely on premises in Spain Valencia and shall not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
• The vendor shall provide a valid professional liability insurance policy covering the School Counselor for the full duration of the contract, with a minimum coverage of 300,000 EUR per incident.
• Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the vendor. Invoices must be submitted monthly by the 5th business day of the following month.
• Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the School Counselor shall be compensated for services rendered up to the termination date.
