- This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the procurement policies of St. Peter's International College, Colombo, and is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, including the Sri Lanka Education Act No. 2 of 1993 and the Sri Lanka Psychological Association Code of Ethics.
- The School Counselor assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a valid registration with the Sri Lanka Psychological Association and possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in adolescent and school-based counselling within Sri Lanka Colombo or its surrounding districts.
- The School Counselor shall maintain strict confidentiality of all student records in compliance with the Sri Lanka Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022. All counselling records shall be stored securely at the school premises in Colombo and shall not be transferred to the service provider's offices without written consent from the student's legal guardian.
- Payment shall be made within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a valid invoice from MindBridge Counselling Services. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per Sri Lankan commercial practice.
- The School Counselor shall submit a monthly progress report to the Principal of the school by the 5th of each month, detailing the number of sessions conducted, student referrals, crisis interventions, and any recommendations for institutional policy changes.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the School Counselor shall ensure a smooth transition of all ongoing student cases to a successor counsellor approved by the school's Board of Governors.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in accordance with the Sri Lanka Arbitration Act No. 11 of 1995, before resorting to litigation in the Colombo District Court.
- The service provider warrants that the School Counselor shall not be engaged in any conflicting professional capacity with any other educational institution in the Colombo district during the term of this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both authorized parties and shall remain valid for the duration specified herein unless amended in writing by mutual consent.
