The School Counselor engaged under this Purchase Order must meet the following criteria as stipulated by the Canton of Zurich educational regulations:
- Hold a recognized master's degree in psychology, educational counseling, or a closely related field from a Swiss or EU/EEA-accredited institution.
- Be registered with the Swiss Association of School Counselors (Schweizerischer Verband für Schulpsychologie) or an equivalent professional body operating in Switzerland Zurich.
- Demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification experience in a secondary school counseling setting.
- Be proficient in German (C1 level minimum) and English (B2 level minimum) to serve the multilingual student body in Zurich.

- Adhere to the ethical code of conduct established by the Zurich City Department of Education and the Canton of Zurich School Act (Schulgesetz des Kantons Zürich).
