1. Commencement Date: The Social Worker shall commence services on 1 August 2025 at the Instituto's primary office located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, or at such other location within the city as may be directed by the Procurement Director.
2. Working Hours: The Social Worker shall render services for a standard schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with a one-hour lunch break, in compliance with the Ley de Contrato de Trabajo (Ley N.º 20.744) applicable in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
3. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a valid electronic invoice.
