- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia Melbourne, and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
- Qualification Requirements: All Social Worker personnel engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a current registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and possess a minimum of a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) or Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an Australian university. The Senior Social Worker (Item 2) must hold a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification experience in community health or child protection settings in Australia Melbourne.
- Payment Terms: Invoices shall be submitted monthly in arrears by the 5th business day of the following month. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's nominated bank account in Australia Melbourne.
